Plum Picking

We went plum picking in our neighbor's yard (by invitation, of course). Nothing matches the taste of fruit picked fresh off the tree.

We had a busy day today, with yoga in the morning, playdate in the afternoon, pool in the evening, but there was no interesting photo opp. So, presenting my cookbook collection that found a new home in the refurbished hutch my garage sale crazy neighbor found for me a few weeks ago.

Birthday Time

Yep, we have two kid's birthday parties to go to today, bak to back. It is going to be a long day.

All the way from Egypt

Found it at the thrift store for $ 4.99. Hand woven, natural fibres and dyes. There were bigger pieces of baskets but very expensive. This is all I got.
