Bikram Yoga is a form of yoga my husband and I have recently started practicing. It is a 90 minute class, with 26 sequenced postures practicsed in a 105 degree heated room walled with full length mirrors and bright lights. The goal is to concentrate on the self and align the spine, thus taking care of all the aligments that afflict the human body. For more information check out the link to
