Yes, he loves playing in water. If it is not the pool or the sprinklers to splash in, he will fill up the bathroom sink and float his boats for an hour or till he gets all wet.
There is a joy in splashing the puddle with your foot . Of course, now we worry about the slush, about the leather of the footwear, the soggy socks etc etc....
