Veg stock for the soul?


Not much happened today but the stock was made with left over kale, celery and some frozen corn left over from who knows when.

You won't believe it but I had a slew of such pix for today's post - very different colours of course, because mine was mushroom, Delhi carrot and stuff.

I made a stew sometime ago with some leftover stalks and plenty of coriander stems - but it was hibernating in the fridge till I actually found the inspiration to make some soup out of it. It would have tasted better fresh! These are lovely colours
