Cooking from the masters

We made corn bread from BBA, crunchy kale and almond cupcakes fom JP's MFFMW.

I don't have either of these books.That MFFMW book's title got me interested. I've got to check it out. Do you recommend it?

Sig, the two of us are big fans of his, especially T. But I would first check it out of the library or catch up on his episodes on Kera. I have a link on my last blog post.
BTW, both these books are from the lib. I have yet to buy them.

Kale and almond cupcakes? That's a first for me, just hearing of it!

Sra, the kale was not in the cupcakes. Kale was cooked with some olive oil and salt in the oven till crunchy. The cupcakes were baked separate. :)
